Best Places To Park Near The Queen Victoria Market (Local Tips)

queen vic market

The Queen Vic Market is possibly the most iconic market in Melbourne. It has been open since 1878 and has remained a Melbourne icon ever since. The market has everything from fresh produce, vintage books, incredible food vendors and some of the best jam doughnuts you’ll find in Melbourne.

BUT Queen Victoria Market parking at the market can be expensive. Melbourne CBD parking is notoriously expensive. The Market does have a carpark but it can be expensive. Especially if you want to spend the day in the city and you stay for more than 5 hours.

Cost to park at  Queen Vic Market On Market Days.

There is a carpark at The Queen Vic Market but it is busy and pricey if you stay for a while. Here are the prices for Queen Victoria Market parking on open days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday).  It’s cheap if you go early in the morning and if you don’t spend long there but if you plan on spending the day in the city afterwards it’ll cost you a fair bit. If you plan to stay for the day you don’t want to pay the $36 parking fee I have listed a few other options below.

Kim Lim Parking
